Corps Program
Junior a
Ages: Approximately 7–9 years old.
This class serves as the foundation for training new dancers. Instruction begins at a deliberate pace, emphasizing proper etiquette, fundamental French ballet vocabulary, and correct placement and use of the core, feet, and arms. Proper plié and tendu technique will be covered in precise detail. Building a strong technical foundation at a young age is essential to preventing injury and ensuring a long, joyful life in dance.
Schedule: Tuesdays & Fridays, 5:30–6:30 PM
Junior B
Ages: Approximately 9–12 years old
Once students consistently demonstrate solid technique, their ballet vocabulary will expand through the safe development of higher extensions, more complex jumps, and the introduction of multiple turns. This level also serves as the gateway to dancing en pointe, preparing students for the next stage of their classical training.
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:30–4:45 PM
